Job description :- Sales and Marketing Executive - real estate industry - South Kolkata or Rajarhat/ Newtown location. Sales Executive Job responsibilities include: Conducting calls to identify site inspection selling possibilities and fulfilling buyers residential property requirement using sales presentation & skills. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, site inspection & client reference. Setting up meetings with potential clients at the site office and listening to their wishes and concerns.
