Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages and emails.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally.
• Manage customer correspondence and follow-ups.
• Coordinate customer requirements with the internal team.
• Support daily office operations.
• Maintain customer records and basic documentation.
• Handle customer concerns and provide timely assistance.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers.
• Maintain daily updates and reports when required.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Good communication skills.
• Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Email, WhatsApp and Internet handling.
• Good customer-handling ability.
• Follow-up and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
