Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring to define role requirements, team needs, and ideal qualifications.
- Write and publish job descriptions across company career sites, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the baseline criteria.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to log candidate data, track interview stages, and maintain compliance records.
- Handle offers and negotiations regarding salary, benefits, and start dates.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
