Recruitment Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our US hiring operations during the night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST). In this role, you will manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes for US clients/operations, oversee a team of recruiters, handle candidate screening and interviewing, and ensure seamless communication across all stages of hiring and onboarding documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review resumes, and job applications to identify top-tier talent aligned with client specifications.
• Conduct initial phone/video screenings, behavioral assessments, and structured interviews to evaluate technical competence and culture fit.
• Manage candidate interaction throughout the hiring pipeline, ensuring a transparent, timely, and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Oversee the collection, verification, and processing of offer letters, background checks, compliance forms, and onboarding documentation.
• Manage, mentor, and track the daily performance of a team of US recruiters.
• Assign recruitment targets, monitor key performance metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, pipeline health), and drive team output.
• Provide continuous coaching on sourcing strategies, candidate negotiation, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years in full-lifecycle recruitment, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity handling US hiring/RPO operations.
• Comfortable working permanently during US business hours (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST).
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with proven ability to interface with US-based clients and candidates.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and professional sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice).
• Familiarity with US employment laws, work authorizations (F1, CPT, OPT, H1B), and standard hiring documentation requirements.
