Job Description
Handle day-to-day electrical repair and preventive maintenance requirements.
Inspect and troubleshoot electrical issues at outlets and other company facilities.
Coordinate maintenance of ACs, refrigerators, chillers, electrical panels, wiring, lighting and other equipment.
Coordinate with technicians and external vendors for repairs and servicing.
Maintain maintenance schedules, service records and repair reports.
Follow up on breakdown complaints and ensure timely closure.
Support preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Coordinate with Operations and outlet teams regarding maintenance requirements.
Maintain proper records of maintenance expenses, spare parts and equipment.
