Job Description

We are looking for a well-presented, professional, and customer-oriented Captain / Steward to join our hotel and restaurant team.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food service.
  • Supervise stewards and maintain smooth restaurant operations.
  • Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain service quality and guest satisfaction at all times.
