Restaurant Manager

Manage and monitor multiple QSR outlets and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Drive sales targets, outlet profitability and operational performance.

Monitor daily sales, cash, UPI, Swiggy/Zomato, discounts and billing accuracy.

Ensure correct billing and operational data entry through Petpooja POS.

Control food cost, inventory, stock variance, wastage and consumption.

Monitor outlet indents and coordinate with the central kitchen/warehouse for timely material availability.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, portion control, food quality, hygiene and grooming standards.

Manage manpower deployment, attendance, punctuality, leaves and shift planning across assigned outlets.

Train and guide Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.

Conduct regular outlet visits, operational audits and surprise checks.

Monitor preparation time, order rejection/cancellation and customer complaints.

Maintain and improve Google/aggregator ratings and overall customer experience.

Coordinate outlet maintenance and ensure equipment-related issues are resolved promptly.

Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions within defined timelines.

Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports covering sales, manpower, inventory, wastage, operational issues and action plans.

Take ownership of new outlet launches and operational readiness whenever assigned.

Escalate critical operational, manpower, maintenance or customer issues to Management on time.
