*About the Role:*

DriveLabs is Kolkata's tech-driven gamified driving school, expanding its RTO services vertical. We're looking for an RTO Executive to manage the day-to-day RTO operations tied to client onboarding — end-to-end handling of Learner's Licence (LL), Driving Licence (DL), COV, RC, CF and related RTO paperwork.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle client onboarding for RTO-related services (LL, DL, COV, RC, CF, and similar)

- Prepare, verify, and submit documentation for RTO applications

- Coordinate with RTO offices for approvals, test bookings, and follow-ups

- Track case status for each client and keep them updated on progress

- Liaise with RTO staff/agents to resolve delays or issues

- Maintain accurate records of ongoing and completed cases

*Requirements:*

- Prior experience working with RTO processes (agents, showrooms, or similar background preferred)

- Familiarity with RTO documentation and Parivahan/Vahan portal processes

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Comfortable with fieldwork as well as desk-based case handling

- Two-wheeler preferred for RTO visits
