Sales Coordinator

Job Description

SS Property is looking for an experienced and responsible Sales Coordinator & Follow-Up Executive with practical experience in the real estate industry.

The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships after a property site visit is scheduled, coordinating with field representatives, following up with customers after property visits, suggesting alternative properties, and helping convert interested customers into successful deals.

Candidates without prior real estate industry experience should not apply.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Contact customers promptly after their property site visit is scheduled.

2. Coordinate with field representatives and ensure customers receive visit confirmations and property location details on WhatsApp.

3. Understand customer requirements, including budget, preferred location, BHK configuration, and other property preferences.

4. Suggest suitable alternative properties from SS Property's available inventory whenever required.

5. Follow up with customers after site visits to understand their feedback and level of interest.

6. Coordinate property revisits, meetings, negotiations, and booking discussions with interested customers.

7. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential buyers until they make a final decision.

8. Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up status, visit updates, and lead information in Google Sheets or CRM.

9. Coordinate with the customer support team, field representatives, and management to ensure no serious buyer is missed.

10. Work towards improving customer conversion and successful property closures.

Mandatory Requirements :-

- Previous work experience in the real estate industry is compulsory.

- Experience in real estate sales, customer handling, site visit coordination, or sales follow-ups is preferred.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle customers professionally over phone calls and WhatsApp.

- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Excel, and maintaining customer records.

- Strong follow-up discipline and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and serious about building a career in real estate.

Salary & Incentives :-

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month.

- Additional performance-based incentives on successful deals, as per company policy.
