Job Description
Manage and monitor the daily performance of the sales team
• Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-up
• Track calls, connected calls, prospects and conversions
• Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews
• Help team members improve their sales pitch and objection handling
• Monitor CRM updates and pipeline movement
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective action
• Coordinate with management for sales reporting
