Location: Park Street, Kolkata, West Bengal

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• Job ResponsibilitiesSell and promote software and IT-related products/services to potential customers.
• Generate leads through calling, email, online research, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and explain features and benefits to customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer details, sales records, and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the technical and internal teams for customer requirements and support.
• Stay updated about company products and relevant market trends.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in IT, software, SaaS, or technology product sales will be preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of software/IT products.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with office-based sales activities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Target-oriented and willing to achieve sales goals.
