🎨 DULUX PAINTS
Position: Shop Promoter
Company: Dulux Paints
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: Minimum 1 year mandatory in Paints, FMCG, Building Materials, or In-Shop Sales.
📋 Job Description / Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Dulux Paints products at assigned retail/dealer shops.
- Attend customers and understand their paint and colour requirements.
- Explain product features, benefits, applications, and offers to customers.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with dealers, retailers, painters, contractors, and customers.
- Ensure proper product display, branding, and visibility at the shop.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the dealer/sales team for stock requirements.
- Encourage customers to choose Dulux products over competing brands.
- Maintain daily sales/activity reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
- Support promotional activities, schemes, and in-store campaigns.
- Monitor competitor products, prices, offers, and activities in the market.
- Ensure excellent customer service and help resolve basic customer queries.
