Security Guard

• Guard responsibilities in this premises.

Guard must have his own byke or cycle if possible.

• Entry and exit control: Check employees, visitors, customers, and authorized personnel entering or leaving.
• Jewellery security: Maintain strict security around gold, diamonds, cash, safes, display areas, and storage rooms.
• CCTV monitoring: Continuously monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activity immediately.
• Access control: Allow access to restricted areas only to authorized staff.
• Bag and vehicle checks: Conduct checks according to company security policy.
• Opening and closing security: Secure doors, shutters, gates, safes, and other access points during opening and closing.
• Customer security: Maintain a safe and orderly environment for customers without disturbing their shopping experience.
• Staff security: Monitor staff movement in sensitive areas and follow company procedures.
• Emergency response: Respond quickly to theft, fire, medical emergencies, alarms, or other security incidents.
• Patrolling: Regularly patrol the showroom, office, parking area, and surrounding premises.
• Stock movement: Verify authorized documentation when jewellery or valuables are moved between locations or departments.
• Delivery security: Secure incoming and outgoing jewellery shipments and coordinate with authorized personnel.
• Incident reporting: Record and report suspicious activity, security breaches, accidents, or unusual events.
• Confidentiality: Never disclose information about jewellery stock, security arrangements, customers, staff, or business operations.
• Coordination with police/emergency services: Contact appropriate authorities when required and follow the company's emergency procedures.
• Professional conduct: Remain alert, polite, disciplined, and properly uniformed throughout the duty period.
