Job Description
- Identify prospective buyers through digital campaigns, referrals, and networking events.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, and walk-in inquiries.
- Explain floor plans, pricing structures, payment schedules, and amenities to clients.
- Schedule and coordinate physical site visits.
- Negotiate terms with buyers, overcome objections, and coordinate the closure of deals.
- Assist clients with initial booking forms and other documentation support.
- Update lead statuses daily in CRM and prepare regular sales activity reports for management.
