Senior Tele Sales Executive Female (Hindi)

Pavitra Rishta Match Making LLP is looking for a result-driven Senior Tele Sales Executive to join our growing matrimonial services team. In this role, you will connect with registered users, understand their matchmaking preferences, and guide them toward choosing our premium membership plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Conversion: Call potential clients from the provided database and successfully pitch matrimonial packages to close sales.
• Client Consultation: Understand candidate profiles, family backgrounds, and partner preferences to recommend the most suitable premium plans.
• Lead Management: Follow up diligently with warm leads and nurture relationships to ensure renewal and referral sales.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily talk-time metrics and monthly sales revenue targets.
• Data Logging: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payment statuses in the CRM portal.

pecific Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales (Experience in Matrimonial or EdTech sales is highly preferred).
• Education: Minimum Graduate or 12th Pass with excellent communication skills.
• Languages: Fluent in Hindi Mandatory.
• Core Skills: Persuasive negotiation, active listening, and strong convincing ability over the phone.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ₹35,000 fixed per month (Negotiable based on experience).
