Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and machinery. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, and commission equipment or machinery.
Diagnose technical issues and perform troubleshooting and repairs.
Conduct preventive maintenance and regular servicing.
Attend customer service calls and resolve technical complaints.
Maintain service reports and documentation.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely service.
Ensure proper functioning and safety of equipment.
Willingness to travel, interact with customer, an learn new technologies.
