Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive – Muzn IT

We build enterprise software for businesses in the Gulf and India. We want someone to build our brand presence with a clear strategy, creative content, consistent execution, and measurable results.

This is not just a posting-and-scheduling job. You will help manage our marketing and branding activities, create engaging content, and grow our digital presence.

What You'll Do

- Plan monthly and weekly content calendars and marketing strategies.

- Research competitors, audiences, trends, and content performance.

- Create and edit Reels, Shorts, videos, carousels, social media posts, and stories.

- Design images, graphics, and branded marketing creatives.

- Develop content ideas, scripts, captions, hooks, and calls to action.

- Manage social media publishing and maintain brand consistency.

- Track engagement, reach, views, and follower growth, and improve content based on results.

- Support video shoots, creative brainstorming, and marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or branding.

- Practical skills in video shooting, Reel editing, and image creation.

- Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.

- Good English communication and creative thinking skills.

- Ability to work independently and demonstrate measurable results.

- A portfolio showcasing work you personally created.

- Experience with B2B, technology, or software marketing is an advantage.

Employment Terms

- Location: Kolkata office (on-site only).

- Employment: Permanent, full-time.

- Schedule: 9 hours per day, 6 days per week, with one weekly day off.

- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

- Marketing, content creation, research, and analytics tools will be provided.

We are looking exclusively for on-site team members. Contract-based, freelance, and remote applicants will not be considered.
