Store Incharge

 Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining stock.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers regularly.

- Ensure proper implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) methods.

- Check the quality, quantity, and expiry dates of all incoming materials.

- Coordinate with the Purchase Department and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions to avoid shortages.

- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

- Maintain proper storage, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.

- Ensure proper storage of food items, beverages, kitchen supplies, and other materials.

- Monitor wastage, damage, and expiry to minimize inventory losses.

- Maintain records of goods received, goods issued, invoices, and delivery challans.

- Issue materials to the kitchen and other departments against approved requisitions.

- Ensure proper documentation and prevent unauthorized stock movement.

- Coordinate with the Accounts and Purchase Departments for stock verification and billing discrepancies.
