HOORAYEN is expanding its retail team and looking for talented, energetic, responsible and customer-focused professionals to join our growing fashion brand.

1. STORE MANAGERVacancies: 7 (One for Each Branch)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Performance-based incentives

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and overall branch performance.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement and product displays.
• Handle billing, cash management and daily sales reports.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
• Ensure staff discipline, attendance and grooming standards.
• Maintain HOORAYEN's premium brand image.
• Report daily performance to the management.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of retail management experience.
• Experience in fashion, garments, boutique or lifestyle retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of POS, inventory and sales management.
• Ability to manage teams and achieve business targets.

2. SALES EXECUTIVEVacancies: 7 (One for Each Branch)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Sales performance incentives

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide excellent shopping experiences.
• Assist customers in selecting abayas, hijabs and modest fashion products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets.
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
• Assist with billing and stock management.
• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
