Job Description
They should supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. They should manage workers and subcontractors, monitor the quality and progress of work, coordinate with engineers and site management, ensure proper use of materials and equipment, and address site-related issues promptly. They should also maintain daily work records and ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
