Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Monitoring the client applications in the night or a rotational shift
2. Proficiency in Advanced Excel
3. Make sure whether the application is running smoothly (training will be provided)
4. Communicating with other members of the team to ensure the fluent functionality of the application
5. Ensuring all tasks are completed before the assigned deadline
Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of the basic computer knowledge
- Attention to details and rapid response ability
- Basic email writing skills with no spelling/grammatical mistakes.
