Technician

Job Summary: Technician will be responsible for assembly, wiring, fitting, and testing of industrial cooling systems. The role requires hands-on technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Education - ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, Welder Fitter, Mechanical, or related technical

trade

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fit mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration components as per design drawings.
• Perform wiring, brazing, and panel connections under the guidance of the production engineer.
• Conduct leak testing, vacuuming, and charging of refrigerants in chillers and AC units.
• Operate production tools, machines, and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure quality checks at every stage of production as per company standards.
• Report any faults, deviations, or material shortages to the Production Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to workplace safety protocols.
• Assist in product trials, prototype builds, and continuous improvement initiatives.
