Job Description

Job Opening: Telecaller – Customer Feedback


Salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month (Fixed)

Timing: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM


Job Responsibilities:

  • Call existing customers to collect feedback on purchased products.
  • Maintain proper records of customer feedback.
  • Communicate politely and professionally with customers.

Requirements:

  • Must be punctual, disciplined and responsible.
  • Fluent in Hindi and Bengali.
  • Basic English communication skills required.
  • Nearby candidates and immediate joiners preferred.
  • Candidates currently pursuing college studies will not be considered.
