Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries and convert leads into enrollments for our Yoga Teacher Training Courses, Yoga Classes and other wellness programs.

• Call new leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website and other platforms.
• Explain our Yoga Teacher Training Courses, Yoga at Home services and other programs.
• Understand the customer's requirements and recommend the appropriate course or service.
• Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
• Convert enquiries into admissions and paid customers.
• Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and customer conversations in CRM/Excel.
• Send course details, payment links and other information through WhatsApp or email.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Follow up with old and inactive leads.
• Coordinate with the administration and training team regarding batches, schedules and customer requirements.
• Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with prospective and existing customers.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and basic English.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Fresher candidates with strong communication skills may apply.
• Previous experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Education Counselling or Customer Support will be preferred.
