Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a Telecaller – Sales & Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Income N Filing.

Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 300 outbound calls per day to potential customers.
• Explain our GST, Income Tax, Accounting, DSC and other business services.
• Understand customer requirements and generate qualified enquiries.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain proper follow-up records.
• Schedule online/offline meetings with interested clients.
• Coordinate with the sales/accounts team for further conversion.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales/enquiry targets.

Performance Expectations:

• Minimum 300 calls/day
• Minimum 2 hours connected talk time/day
• Generate qualified enquiries from calls
• Maintain regular follow-ups
• Meet monthly performance targets

Requirements:

• 12th pass or above
• Good communication skills
• Basic Hindi and English required
• Sales/telecalling experience preferred
• Freshers with good communication and confidence can also apply
• Candidate must be comfortable with target-based work

Work Conditions:

• Work from office – Kasba, Kolkata
• Full-time, day shift
• Own smartphone and SIM required for work-related calling
• Laptop required
• 15-day training period
• 3-month probation period

Salary:

₹10,000–₹15,000 fixed + performance incentives

Potential earnings: ₹20,000–₹27,000+ per month based on performance.
