Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable financial products/services, and generating sales through telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities:-

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain financial products and services clearly to customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

Generate leads and convert leads into successful sales.

Follow up with interested customers.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Provide a professional customer experience.

Requirements:-

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer operations.

Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.

Candidates with experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Banking, Insurance, Loan, or Financial Services will be preferred.
