About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller to handle student enquiries, generate interest in our courses, and convert prospective students into admissions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
• Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about courses, batches, fees and admission processes.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up consistently with interested and undecided leads.
• Handle basic objections related to fees, course structure, timing and competition.
• Maintain proper call records, lead status and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Work towards daily, weekly and monthly calling and admission targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions/counselling team to ensure smooth conversion and enrolment.
• Maintain professional communication with students and parents.
• RequirementsGood communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
• Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking over the phone.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on targets and conversions.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, education counselling or customer handling will be an advantage.

CompensationSalary: 12-16k per month + Performance Incentives
