Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and generating leads to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products/services.
- Provide accurate information and answer queries related to products/services.
- Maintain a database of leads and update customer information as necessary.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales conversions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to closing sales.
- Record call details and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
