📢 HIRING – Telesales


Company: Cool Scrap

📍 Work: Work from Office – Kolkata

💰 Salary: ₹12,000-15000/month

📅 Weekly Off: Wednesday (Sunday working)


Responsibilities:

• Call & convert customers

• Handle WhatsApp & CRM leads

• Follow up on pending leads

• Call missed leads within 10–15 mins

• Update CRM & lead status

• Schedule AC pickups & send confirmations


Requirements:

• Good communication – Hindi/Bengali preferred

• Basic WhatsApp & Google Sheets knowledge

• Responsible & responsive
