Job Title: Telecalling / Telesales Executive (Male)

Location: New Town / Madhyamgram

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

- Make a minimum of 300 outbound calls per day.

- Handle telecalling and telesales activities.

- Explain the company's products and services to potential customers.

- Generate leads and convert them into sales.

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain accurate customer records.

- Perform basic data entry and update customer information in the CRM system.

- Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team whenever required.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, or English.

- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

- Basic Microsoft Excel skills and data entry knowledge are required.

- Ability to manage and update CRM records accurately.

- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
