Job DescriptionGenius HRTech Limited is looking for enthusiastic and responsible candidates for the position of SBI Tele caller. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, maintaining accurate information, supporting data management activities, and assisting with administrative processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake and handle customer calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Verify customer/data details and update information accurately.
• Identify discrepancies or irregularities and report them promptly.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
• Ensure that customer and company information remains confidential.
• Prepare basic reports and summaries for internal teams.
• Support administrative and data-management activities as required.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Meet assigned targets and maintain quality standards.
• Job RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass qualification.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week.
• Must be willing to work in the day shift only.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
