Tender Executive – GeM & Government Tenders

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage government and PSU tendering activities, including GeM and other e-procurement portals. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tender identification, documentation, bid preparation, Cost Sheet making and Bid submission.

Key Responsibilities

1. Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP and other government e-procurement portals.

2. Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ and commercial terms.

3. Prepare technical bids, compliance sheets, declarations, undertakings and other required documents.

4. Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for quotations, MAF, datasheets, certifications and technical documentation.

5. Coordinate EMD, tender fees, PBG and other tender-related financial requirements.

6. Prepare cost sheets and commercial bids in coordination with the management team.

7. Upload and submit technical and financial bids within the prescribed deadlines.

8. Attend Prebid meeting

9.Support & coordination with Sales and Marketing Team 

10. Track tender status, corrigendum’s, bid results and maintain tender MIS and EMD records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in government tendering and GeM operations.

- Hands-on experience with GeM and government e-procurement portals.

- Knowledge of tender documentation, BOQ, EMD, PBG, MAF and technical compliance.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and PDF tools.

- Good communication, documentation and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience - Candidates having experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, CCTV Surveillance, UPS, Audio-Visual Systems and System Integration tenders will be preferred.
