Job Description
Assist the driver in loading and unloading products from the delivery van.
Check products, quantities, and delivery documents before dispatch.
Assist with timely delivery of products to customers and retailers.
Handle products carefully to prevent damage or loss.
Arrange and organize goods inside the delivery van.
Assist in collecting customer signatures, delivery confirmations, or payments when required.
Maintain proper delivery records and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
Support the driver with route and delivery coordination.
Provide polite and professional service to customers.
Keep the delivery vehicle and products clean and organized.
Report damaged, missing, or returned products to the supervisor.
Follow company safety policies and delivery procedures.
Perform other delivery-related duties as assigned.
