Job Description
Load, transport, and unload products from the warehouse/store to customers, shops, or assigned locations.
Deliver goods according to the assigned route and schedule.
Verify products, quantities, and delivery documents before leaving.
Collect cash or payments from customers when required and submit them to the company.
Obtain customer signatures or delivery confirmation.
Maintain proper records of deliveries, returns, and collections.
Handle products carefully to prevent damage or loss.
Keep the delivery van clean and report any maintenance or mechanical issues.
Follow company policies, traffic rules, and safety procedures.
Communicate politely and professionally with customers and company staff.
Assist with loading and unloading when required.
