Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and technically strong Professional Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who can independently handle complete post-production—from raw footage to final professional delivery.

The ideal candidate should have excellent command over Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, color correction/grading, sound design, motion graphics and modern AI-powered editing tools.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, music, rhythm, visual presentation and current social-media content trends.

Key Responsibilities

* Professional editing of Dance Videos, Event Videos, Music Videos, Podcasts, Interviews, Reels, YouTube Videos, Promotional Videos and Short Films

* Edit raw footage into polished, engaging and professional final content

* Create advanced Motion Graphics, Titles, Typography, Logo Animation and Visual Effects

* Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects

* Professional Color Correction and Color Grading

* Audio cleaning, synchronization, mixing and basic sound design

* Multi-camera video editing and synchronization

* Green-screen/chroma-key editing, masking, tracking and compositing

* Speed ramping, transitions and cinematic effects wherever creatively required

* Create professional intros, outros, lower thirds and promotional graphics

* Edit content according to music beats, choreography and performance timing

* Create high-impact Instagram/Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts and other vertical content

* Edit long-form YouTube videos, podcasts and interviews

* Create different versions in 9:16, 16:9, 1:1 and 4:5 formats

* Create attractive thumbnails and basic promotional creatives when required

* Select the best shots and maintain strong visual continuity and storytelling

* Work with directors/choreographers/content teams and execute the creative vision accurately

* Organize raw footage, project files, graphics, audio and final exports professionally

* Maintain proper backup and file-management systems

* Deliver projects within deadlines without compromising quality

* Handle revisions quickly and professionally

* Stay updated with current editing styles, social-media trends, effects and new technologies

* Use AI tools for video enhancement, content creation, background/object removal, generative elements, workflow automation and other post-production requirements

Software & Technical Skills Required

Strong professional knowledge of:

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Media Encoder

Additional knowledge will be an advantage:

DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro

Illustrator

Audition

CapCut Professional

AI Video & Image Generation Tools

Candidate Requirements

* Strong professional video-editing experience

* Advanced knowledge of After Effects and Motion Graphics

* Excellent sense of timing, music, rhythm and visual storytelling

* Strong understanding of cinematic editing and social-media content

* Good knowledge of codecs, formats, frame rates, resolutions and export settings

* Ability to work independently from raw footage to final delivery

* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

* Ability to understand creative direction and execute it accurately

* Fast, disciplined and deadline-oriented working style

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Must be open to feedback and revisions

* Strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory
