Position: Warehouse Executive

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

About the Role: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse activities and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily inward and outward movement of inventory.
• Ensure proper receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Coordinate with logistics, suppliers, and internal teams for timely dispatches.
• Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or damages.
• Maintain necessary warehouse documentation and records.
• Support process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements :

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge, preferably Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Working Details :

• 6 working days per week
• Timing: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
• Location: Barabazar, Kolkata
