Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new clients through personal networks, referrals, market outreach, and business development activities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with affluent and HNI clients.
  • Understand clients' financial objectives, risk profiles, and investment requirements.
  • Recommend appropriate wealth management and investment solutions based on client needs.
  • Manage and grow the assigned client portfolio.
  • Generate revenue through investment, insurance, mutual fund, portfolio management, and other relevant financial products.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and provide portfolio updates.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Build a strong referral network and develop new sources of business.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and KYC norms.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, prospects, and business activity.
  • Achieve monthly and annual business and revenue targets.
