About the Role: WBH Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for confident and motivated Website Consultants to join our growing team. We are hiring for both Senior and Junior Website Consultant positions.

The ideal candidates should have experience communicating with international clients, understanding their business requirements, identifying opportunities related to website design and digital services, and converting prospects into clients.

Senior Website Consultant Experience Required: 2–3+ Years

The Senior Website Consultant will be responsible for handling international prospects, understanding their digital requirements, presenting suitable website and marketing services, and managing the sales process from initial conversation through conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Australian and other international business clients.
• Generate and handle leads for website design, redesign and development services.
• Understand client businesses, existing websites and digital requirements.
• Identify website issues and explain improvement opportunities to prospects.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Present website, SEO, Google Ads, social media and other digital services where relevant.
• Prepare and explain proposals, packages and quotations.
• Handle client objections and negotiate professionally.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales/conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and client communication records.
• Support and guide junior consultants when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3+ years of relevant experience in website or digital service consultation/sales.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience dealing with international clients, preferably Australian clients.
• Good understanding of websites, WordPress, eCommerce and digital marketing services.
• Strong sales, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate services.
• Target-oriented with a professional and positive approach.

Junior Website Consultant Experience Required: 6 Months–1 Year

The Junior Website Consultant will work with the sales team to communicate with potential clients, understand basic website requirements, introduce our services and develop opportunities through calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective international clients through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Introduce the company's website and digital marketing services.
• Understand basic client requirements and identify potential opportunities.
• Explain website design and development packages clearly.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls and emails.
• Maintain lead information and communication records.
• Work closely with senior consultants to improve conversions.
• Learn website technologies, digital marketing services and sales processes.
• Work towards assigned sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months–1 year of relevant experience.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Confidence in communicating with international clients.
• Basic understanding of websites and digital marketing will be preferred.
• Good communication, presentation and convincing skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable working in the Australian shift.
