Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements and shaping effective business solutions. The role requires translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing operating models that align with organizational goals. Additionally, the Business Architect supports transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements in business processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with operating model design and business transformation methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
