Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.
Must have skills : Data Analytics, Data Warehouse ETL Testing, Big Data Analysis Tool and Techniques, Hadoop Administration

Educational Qualification : Specific undergraduate qualifications ie engineering computer science

The professional actively participates in quality management reviews to ensure that all business and design requirements are fulfilled. Additionally, the role includes educating and guiding stakeholders to foster a thorough understanding of the process designs, ensuring seamless integration and effective implementation across the organization.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on process objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics, Data Warehouse ETL Testing, Hadoop Administration, Big Data Analysis Tool and Techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Experience in designing and optimizing business processes using data-driven approaches.
- Ability to work with large datasets and leverage big data technologies to support process improvements.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation techniques to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges in process design and implementation.
