Summary: As a Contract Management Practitioner, you will provide guidance to project teams on contract management and policy compliance matters, documenting risks and issues with contract management processes and account delivery requirements. Your day will involve advising on contractual matters and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Develop and implement contract management strategies - Review and analyze contract terms and conditions - Provide guidance on contract negotiations Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 - Strong understanding of contract management principles - Experience in risk assessment and mitigation - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Good To Have Skills: Experience with legal contract drafting Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft 365 - This position is based at our Kolkata office - A 15 years full time education is required
