- In-depth understanding of IT operations workflows and automation capabilities.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective, sustainable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
