Electrical - Design Draughtsman (EDRC)
- Drafting & Documentation
- Prepare electrical drawings based on engineering inputs and design calculations.
- Develop and update:
- Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
- Schematic Diagrams
- Power Distribution Layouts
- Lighting Layouts
- Earthing & Lightning Protection Layouts
- Cable Routing Layouts
- Cable Tray Layouts
- MCC & PCC General Arrangement Drawings
- Substation Layouts
- Equipment Location Drawings
- Electrical Room Layouts
- Junction Box Layouts
- Conduit and Trench Layouts
- Engineering Support
- Assist electrical engineers in preparation and revision of design drawings.
- Incorporate comments received from clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Prepare As-Built drawings and maintain drawing revision records.
- Ensure compliance with project drafting standards and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Instrumentation disciplines to avoid design clashes.
- CAD Management
- Maintain engineering drawing databases and document control systems.
- Ensure consistency in layer management, title blocks, drafting standards, and drawing numbering systems.
- Generate plot files and drawing packages for issue to clients and construction teams.
