Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, your day revolves around refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. You engage in detailed analysis and iterative adjustments to ensure the models deliver accurate and contextually relevant outputs. Collaboration with team members to align model capabilities with project goals is a key part of your routine, alongside continuous evaluation of model performance to drive improvements and innovation within the field.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model enhancements into broader applications.
- Document model development processes and maintain clear records of experiments and outcomes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, API Management, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python Frameworks, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering.
- Strong experience in fine-tuning and adapting language models to specific domains and use cases.
- Ability to design and implement scalable solutions for model deployment and integration.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques and handling large datasets for training purposes.
- Experience in evaluating model performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Capability to troubleshoot and optimize model behavior to meet project requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
