• Overall monitor, maintain, manage and ensure smooth operations at site from all fronts related PM services.
• Maintains the Management office and is responsible for all day-to-day operations and activities.
• Maintains an effective command over all services (housekeeping, security, M&E, customer care services, horticulture, fire-fighting services, pest services, etc.)
• Monitor activities towards effective service delivery.
• Proactive liaison with local authorities.
• Manage the administration activities.
• Monitors invoice processing for management approval.
• Maintain the administration of inventory control programs and systems.
• Coordinates approval of contracts, notices, and other time-sensitive documents
• Tracks the AMC / Warranty / Defect Liability Period of the installed equipment and take appropriate actions accordingly.
• Manages critical relationships with client, owners, and key vendors.
• Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors.
• Responds quickly to emergency situations.
• Works with Subject Matter Experts to coordinate all building fire/life safety drills.
• Schedules and coordinates meetings/special events as requested.
• Ensures quality of staff, appraising and developing them to ensure maximum contribution.
