Role Purpose

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving business growth, portfolio quality, collections, profitability, and team performance across the East region. The role requires strong leadership capabilities to drive sales, sourcing, customer acquisition, portfolio management, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of regional sales targets across assigned products like CE, Leasing, Short term, Term loan and industrial equipment and geographies.
• Develop and execute business strategies to maximize disbursements, revenue, and market penetration.
• Identify new growth opportunities and expand the customer base across the region.
• Drive New-To-Business (NTB) customer acquisition and increase market share.
• Ensure consistent growth in sourcing volumes and high-quality customer onboarding.
• Manage and grow the regional portfolio/book while maintaining profitability.
• Monitor portfolio performance and take proactive actions to improve asset quality.
• Ensure portfolio diversification and sustainable business growth.
• Drive productivity and efficiency across branches and sales teams.
• Maintain portfolio delinquency within defined thresholds.
• Drive collection efficiency and recovery performance across the region.
• Monitor overdue accounts and implement corrective actions to minimize losses.
• Collaborate with collections, risk, and operations teams to improve portfolio quality.
• Drive team productivity through regular reviews, training, and performance management.
• Drive productivity of existing channels while expanding the partner network.
• Monitor business quality and ensure compliance with all Tata Capital processes.
• Drive fraud prevention and portfolio risk mitigation initiatives.
