About Roomhy:
Roomhy is a growing technology platform helping students find and book verified hostels and PG accommodations.
Job Role:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive for our Kota team.
Responsibilities:
* Visit hostels and PGs across Kota and meet owners/managers.
* Explain Roomhy's platform and benefits to hostel owners.
* Onboard new hostels and PG properties on Roomhy.
* Collect property details, pricing, amenities, photos and required information.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hostel owners.
* Regularly follow up with existing and new hostel partners.
* Generate new leads and achieve monthly onboarding targets.
* Maintain daily visit and onboarding reports.
Requirements:
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Comfortable with daily field visits.
* Confident in meeting and talking to hostel owners.
* Basic knowledge of smartphone, WhatsApp and Google Maps.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Sales/Business Development experience will be an advantage.
Salary: ₹12,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives.
Important: Incentives are linked to performance and hostel onboarding/sales and are not a fixed guaranteed amount.
