Job Description
Location: Kottarakkara, Kerala
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the setup and day-to-day operations of the franchise.
- Manage and supervise Road Craft Mentors, Sales Executives, and Customer Care Associates.
- Ensure compliance with iTurn's operational policies and quality standards.
- Drive customer enrollments and achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the HR, Operations, and Accounts teams for smooth franchise operations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain franchise records, reports, and operational documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in handling operations, branch management, or team management.
- Strong management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage day-to-day franchise operations effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required for franchise setup and operational support.
