CNC Machine Operator

Novilun Engine Lab is a Bengaluru engineering company that designs and builds its own CNC machines and uses them to manufacture performance camshafts for cars like the Maruti Swift, Honda City and VW Polo.

We are hiring one diploma holder (NTTF, GTTC or polytechnic – Tool Engineering / Mechanical) as a trainee, growing into our first CNC operator.

What you will do:

• First 6 months: assemble and commission our machines with the founder – a camshaft grinder, a CNC-converted lathe with gun drilling, and a gas nitriding furnace. Fitting, alignment, assembly and basic wiring.
• After that: run these machines in production – load parts, run the programs, measure, heat-treat, inspect and pack. You will learn every process in the shop.
• You work directly with the founder. No other staff yet.

Must have:

• Diploma in Tool Engineering or Mechanical (2025 or 2026 pass-out)
• Good practical marks and attendance record
• Comfortable spoken English – it is our working language
• Confident on a conventional lathe, and with micrometer, vernier and dial gauge

Good to have:

• Any CNC experience
• Genuine interest in cars, bikes or engines

Growth: Trainee → Technician → Shop Lead as we add machines and shifts, with pay steps tied to skills learned. We want someone who stays and grows with the company.
