Job Description

We are hiring Business Development Associates for a leading professional commerce education institute in Kerala (CMA USA, ACCA, CMA India, CA, CS, EA courses). Freshers welcome; full training provided.


Key responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up student enquiries by phone and WhatsApp
  • Explain courses, fees and career options to students and parents
  • Book counselling sessions and campus visits for the admissions team
  • Visit schools and colleges to generate leads
  • Update every lead in the CRM and meet daily calling targets

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA preferred)
  • Fluent Malayalam and conversational English
  • Confident on the phone, comfortable with daily targets
  • Lives near the branch; two-wheeler is an advantage
